VI2300 BITPIM and Jar games - how to?

I'm using Bitpim and it works fine with the USB cable. I have serveral java (jar) games with accompaning jad files which I'd like to play on my VI2300. Anybody have a step by step on how to get these games from my PC to the phone over the USB cable? (no internet solutions please) Thanks.
