I just noticed the Opera Mini browser has been updated to version 2. It is a vast improvement on an already great browser for the 903. Importantly, drop-down boxes now work and it supports additional languages (read: Japanese). Does the Japanese text work in Opera 2 on a Euro-f/w 903? Oh, I think you can get the browser at mini.opera.com or something...

The old Opera Mini (1.2) supported Japanese too on Euro firmware. Been using it to access Japanese websites for a while now

But yeah, it's an improvement, the fixing of dialog boxes is a great help. The ability to make the font size bigger (and not break JP font support in the process) will please some people too, I'm sure

Is there a way to install opera mini browser from pc to sharp phones?... I couldn't download it using my phone. I guess, voda japan won't allow me to download from other wap site. Any idea how?

No you can't do it from Opera's website directly if you're a Voda Japan customer, but I've seen Japanese Opera Mini versions being run on JP firmware Sharp phones (pics on Japanese websites, so I'm assuming they're official, unflashed versions). Try looking around Vodafone live's portal sites, maybe Opera has an official site in there somewhere.
