hey thanks everyone who took their time to read this,. today my phone all of a sudden. the sceen went blank. then i took out the battery and i put it back it. it turns on everything works fine but i cannot make calls. it says something like sim not available and then when i go into file folder to watch movies. it loads and then freezes. is this a firmware problem or hardware. any suggestions. i was thinking of re flashing it. mines is euro thanks. also i tried to do a master reset and when its done. it restarts. when i shut the phone off. the phone stays on the orange screen and stayed there for a while approx 3 min and then restarts. wierd

try cleaning your sim card's contacts?

so you. did a masater reset and its just rebooting over and over and over?

yea i did a master reset and it restarted and loaded. i went into menu buttons and it was ok for a bit. then the button responded slower. like when u navigate up down right left it has a slow responce and then maybe 4-5 min later it would restart. but this morning i just got it fixed now. i still cannot get into the sim folder . it still says sim information not available. but i did # and turn on the phone and it cleaned out everything. i guess the phone cannot handle so much porn. lol jk. but it works good now but just the sim thing. i can still make and receive calls . maybe i need it reflashed. it doesn't restart anymore. thank god cause i was reading another person got the restarting problem and it was hardware. well mines doesn't anymore. thanks for you helps!

hrmmm. no problems. post again if it comes up as an issue
