You can get around that if you know what you're doing. Good for when Cingular cannot provide the answer the customer needs (which is most of the time).

Flick people I'm training who use someone else's name to login (simply because that person GAVE them their password), yet ask me for all the help then have the nerve to tell me I should give that commission to the person who they were logged in as.

Flick lazy CC reps who would rather eat than help me....don't we work for the same company? I'm nice to EVERY rep I speak to, yet about 50% of the time I get some lazy *** who won't try and help me....and before anyone gets all crazy, I was IN customer care for 2 years so I know not all Salespeople are nice....But seriously if one of us calls and is cordial with you, PLEASE HELP US!
