I tried everything...restarting the computer and my phone...using all four of my USB connections.....but it stills says it cant connect to my phone....I have a 1860 by da way...is there anything I could do?

my i860 connects perfectly... what version are you useing?

Did you go into options and select USB? Should be under Tools > Options
