I have verizon and I can't do *72 to call forward. I get an error message saying that "Call cannot be completed as dialed". When I used another verizon phone it worked just fine.

Did you install the eten dialer skin? It seems to screw up the special # and * numbers.

are you dialing *72+10Digit# or just *72... works fine on mine even with the ETEN Dialer...

No, I don't have the ETEN dialer. I just type in *72-999-999-9999 (no dashes) and I get the error. I can still dial *86 to get to my voicemail. It's weird. I guess I am going to have to break down and call verizon.

Well I decided just to call verizon. It ended out being a problem with my account and not my phone. Only on the phone 5 minutes, got to love that!!
