Q about Intl' SMS on Sidekick post paid plan

Anyone know how International SMS is billed on a Sidekick Postpaid plan? Are you charged an additional 15 cents per international sms sent on top of the monthly data charge? Or are international SMS included in the data charge as they are on the prepaid sidekick plan?

no it would still be 15 cents
