What program can I use to keep my cl.gif lowercase.

Every time I make a pic. and save it, it makes the .Gif uppercase and the V3 will not use the file. any help please

Just rename the file with the lower case extension.

Also, there's usually a setting in the program to determine the case of the extension.

you can try renaming/saving the file but enclosing it with quotation marks. ie "filename.ext"

Ive tried two different programs none of them have lowere case for the GIF

The Razr V3 doesn't care what case it is. All upper case, all lower case, mix-and-match, it doesn't matter. I've done all of them and they all worked.

Mostly likely your cl.gif is either too big, or something else is wrong with it.

Also, if you're trying to overwrite an existing file, it might not change the extension (since it's not changing the file name).

It takes about two seconds to rename it in the bloody DOS prompt, and that's WYSIWYG. Go to "Run...", type "cmd", then move to the directory where the file is and type "ren cl.GIF cl.gif"

You don't need any program...just rename it and when you use it with p2k just double click it...
