Help How to increase reception?

I have the sharp 703sh and the reception is ok. I was wondering if there is anyway i could increase it a bit? any suggestions is welcome

you can try the attenae stickers... but they rarely do work..

but i hear that if you took a pouting girl.. smacked her around.. then.. twirled her 360 degrees 4 times in a row.. then smacked her around again.. then shout.. 703 BETTER RECEPTION Now... u get 10x the reception.

Almost all phones do have an external antenna cap on them.

Look for a rubber circle on the back near the antenna. Pull the rubber out and you should see the external antenna connector.

You can then make your own antenna, or buy one. I would suggest the magnetic antenna for the roof of your car.

As far as using the phone the regular way. If you use a headset, that will act as your antenna.

You really shouldn't need to boost your signal in most cities though.

this is a 703 he's talkin about... it dun hab no rubber cap such as moto's and siemens

yah.. we dn't have the external antennae option unfortunately to boost reception

i checked the website of sharp http://www.sharp-phone.com/products...delcountryid=24 and they have an external antenna connector, searched the net for a place to buy it from but no luck. what would be great if they had this external antenna integrated into headphones then u could take it with u anywhere and without ppl noticing u have a big antenna sticking out from ur backpack but i guess that would be kinda dangerous cause i believe the antenna releases ir radition or something like that

yeah except that external antennae isn't in production any more.. they stopped making them way back in november.
