Today at work the owner of the store called said cingular has droped us :-(

so not sure what other fields to look in any suggestions? looking to stick with cingular

What caused Cingular to drop you?

As far as options, find another agent...Or if you like the guy you work for surely he has a good relationship with other carriers (if exclusive) or just start hustlin another carrier.

Other option is COR. No felonies on your record and be HONEST about your midemeanors (if any), with previous experience in Cingular you may stick out as someone they can hire.

Thanks for the info, the reason why we shut down first he said it was cingular but then he said we would need about 120 actavation a month to break even (im guessing rent where we are is very high) but he has about 3 other cingular stores he owns and offered me a job there but there about a half hour away from me, or he said if he has to keep the lease he will put another store in there not cingular, and i can work there. I have nothing bad on my record never been in trouble or anything so im not worried about that, I know it sounds bad but im looking into going to the walmart near me to work its literally 3 mins away from me and they sell cingular and other cell phones

anybody know if Wal-Mart is an agent to cingular my Cingular rep said that if i can find an agent to work for of cingular i can still be able to get my ERP

Wal-Mart treats their "assosciates" (sp?) like crap. On top of that you're not gonna get your cut of the deal?

I have to concur, that is not bright in the slightest.

Paying 200 a month for service is worth keeping commission or
at least a liveable pay structure with benefits.

Yeah they are, but whatever you sell there, you don't get commission. Walmart gets the commission but the individual person who sold the phone(s) doesn't. It's a screwed-up system, but what can you do. If we did get comm. I'd be a hell alot happer there (for the most part)

No....those (expletive) denies us from getting demo lines through the providers, although we get a certain percentage off the regular monthly bill.
