PC Suite only lets me choose C:\Windows - Normal?

PC Suite for P800 only lets me install to C:\WINDOWS directory. The browse button is greyed out so I can't select any other folder to install to. I'm just wondering if that's normal?? Doesn't seem like it.

I just tested... I can install to other folders on my laptop. Anyone know why I can't do it on my desktop?

I have tried uninstalling and going through the registry and deleting any file that has to do with sonyericsson or pc suite but upon reinstall, the same thing occurs... HELP!
