I contacted verizon, and they had no clue. They gave me motorolas number, and they advised that the phone will only reconize mp3's that are in the 64 kbps-128kbps range. However, I have checked, and all of my mp3's that are on my phone are in that range when its in the card reader for the computer. But still not visiable on phone. While the MP3 is not going to break my opinon o fthe phone, it is a good phone that I have found out, but I may switch back to an LG or Samsung phone next time around.
