HipTop2 Code:NET5 Problem. PLZ HELP!!!!

I purcheased an unlocked HipTop2 off of Ebay a few weeks ago. Im with T-Mobile. After talkin to a cool T-Mobile Rep in a retail spot, he put in all the proper settings I needed to get on the internet. It was working for a couple weeks then it suddenly started giving me this error everytime I hit the Web button "Code:NET5". What do I need to do?
Any help is appreciated, thanx
