Can't I flash/flex my phone to get this?

I have already activated my voice recording and java app loader for starters 
. I want to know how I can seem edit my phone to get QUADBAND? Video recording? and to make my BLUETOOTH LOGO permanently display(showing besides my singal and gprs icon), when its ON? 
This is all I want, Please help. I'm not interested in those monster packs, since I can get games, wallpapers, mp3 from friends. Please help me.
Also I dont wanna flash flex my phone since monster packs has too many bugs and itunes, and shortened battery life(based on the reaction of the majority in this forum and elsewhere).
