Help - Can't get P2k to work!!!

Help problem with P2K
I have a Motorola Rokr E1 and want delete all the Motorola ringtones and wallpapers included with it. I understand that P2K will do this for me but I cannot get P2K to work - it shows that my phone is not connected to the computer via USB but it is!!! Any ideas - This problem has been posted from a woman so be gentle and explain what I've to do in simple terms!!!
Seriously and help will be appreciated !!!

did you install the phone drivers? have you tried other apps like p2k commander, mpt, etc.?

Yes I have p2k commander installed but do not know how to go about deleting any wallpaper/ringtones that were included when the phone was purchased. Any iaeas on how to do this using p2k commander?

open p2k commander and go to options. set the number of files to read to "unlimited" and make sure you select the appropriate partition (if there are multiple).
in the app itself, select to read from p2k phone and look for the files you want to delete. select > right click > delete. you may have to change the attributes first.
but remember, if you delete the wrong file (perhaps a ringtone that should not be deleted), you can mess up your phone. make sure you know what you're doing.

Hi Dreamz thanks for the onfo - can I delete the ringtones and wallpapers that were installed on the phone when I bought it? and how do I delete wallpapers that can pre installed

some pre-install ringtones and wallpaper are used for the main system, if they are deleted you will mess up your phone, you must know which file that you can delete and must not.
be carefull and don't rush into thing.
