How to Clear Memory on SE47 Slider?

Hi My cousin wants to sell her SE47 Slider phone (verizon) but we can't figure out how to clear the memory like the contacts etc. Could someone help us out?

okay i used to have one and i think it may be in your security part of your phone...im not sure since its been awhile since i had it...

nothing is easier -- you should reflash it and you'll get virgin (inocent) slider.

Hmm do you need a data cable to reflash it?

Of course, and a fullflash file in the bin format (12 MB) + flasher, and the cable, too.
Come to Ukraine and I will clean it. Time meters will be zero.
