Hi I just got a BB 7250 yesterday with alltel. I also did the 4.1 software update yesterday as well. the phone is great and i am very happy with the service but have one issue. when in a call i can adjust the volume using the track wheel but it does not show the volume level on the screen. it is stuck in the middle any ideas?

You can't see the volume level in the wheel dial in the top right corner of the screen?

the icon is there but it does not change when i move the trackwheel even thought the actual volume of the earpiece changes

Which theme are you using? I know the Bell (or your carrier's theme) doesn't show well (4.1 software)--probably due to the colours used....if its a big issue, try a different theme.

there is only 1 default theme on the 7250 with 4.1

Depends on your carrier--my carrier has more than one included theme.

Go to the website (HELP!) in your BB browser, and try installing the themes offered there. You might find one you like...

Try rebooting your device (ALT, CAP, DEL). If this doesn't work, then your next step is to reload the OS.
