Your folder will be the SD card that it is in your phone....hopeing your phone came with a SD card (trans-Flash)

When you put your card in, your computer will find it and then you just drag and drop

but my card is in my phone, and nothing came up on the "my computer"

what is that addtional peice that the little card goes into..

im still confused... lol

The additional piece is to plug into your computer if your computer has that certain slot.. Mine doesnt cause its a laptop but alot of the newer desktops have it.. Its just does the same as the cord pretty much...

Well first you have to plug it up and go to USB mode on the phone before it will show up in my computer

I had the same problem with getting zero results while using my USB Cable after installing the required software. What options do we KX5 users have to get access to our phone if we do not have a SD slot on our computers?

It isn’t necessary to have a card reader in your computer. The card reader only helps if you don’t want to mess with the USB cable, because then you can just remove the card from the phone and plug it into your adapter and put in the computer. But one could argue that this isn’t THAT much less of a hassle than the cable anyway. Those microSD cards really weren’t designed to be popped in and out of the phone very often.

So don’t worry about not having a card reader with your computer. Use the data cable and you’ll be set – all you have to do is put the phone in Enable USB mode and the card will show up in your Windows Explorer as a removable drive.

Nope. The user guide lists the following audio (and video) types that are supported: mp3, aac, mp4, 3gp, 3g2, m4a and m4b

Yeah, not a big deal. Plenty of programs out there to let you batch-convert all your files to MP3 format all at once.
