SK2 wont keep charge

I charge my phone for an hour and it's at about 75% battery (4 bars). I leave my phone uncharged for 5 minutes and its only like 30% (2 bars). After about 2 more minutes my phone battery is near 0% and makes the infamous noise.

I tried charging with 2 different chargers and the same thing happens. I called T-Mobile customer care and they cant help me because my phone is out of warranty.

Another problem I noticed with the SK2 is that sometimes it says I dont have a SIM card in my phone but yet, Im still able to make and receive calls. When I try to access the Web Browser then eventually it tells me I dont have a SIM card installed and suddenly the phone FINDS MY SIM CARD and resets. Its not a big issue but it happens.

HEEELLLLP MEEE PLLEEEASE. Thank you in advance ;-)

It wont even charge to full. The little lightening bolt goes off on the forth bar and no more bars appear after that. Do u think if I did a battery disconnect it might work?

Im sorry I was referring to the "power+p" command that does the little battery cycle. I tried it anyway and it didnt work so any more suggestions?

Well the damage is probably already done. In the future, leave it plugged in for 4 hours - ignore the display, it is more of a trend meter than showing an actual amount of charge. The battery can be recharged 200 - 500 times. It is up to you if you want these to be little charges or full ones!
