i currently have a samsung T809 and im trying to decide if the SK II would be worth trading in for. When I chose the T809 over the SK II, i thought to myself that i wouldnt really be texting much, so the T809 would be the better choice.

Well, boy was i wrong. With the unlimted messaging for $10 a month, i found myself pushing out close to 5000 messages a month for the past 2 months. So ive decided that i will get a phone with a qwerty keypad. the SK II is my first choice.

Now what my question is, is that do you guys still think that the SK II is worth it? I know that the SK III is coming out shortly, but at a higher price tag. So in your guys' opinion, would the SK II be worth getting?

Sidekick 2 worth it? Nope, not now! Since the SK 3 is really close to launching, if you get the SK 2 it would be a waste of money.

I say you should get it. The SKIII isn't much of a big improvement.. just little add ons that phones have nowadays (1.3 MP, BlueTooth, EDGE...) And the SKIII looks like crap, anyways

Yes, if your texting a lot and are fairly sure you don't want the added features of the SK3, and you are sure you don't need GSM 850, then the SK2 is the way to go. If you wait a bit for the SK3 to come out then the SK2 will be even cheaper then it is right now.
