Motorola pebl u6 crash/freezes

Please help, my pebl freezes after you type a couple of letters in texting and phonebook. I think it needs a full reset or something, can someone please help me. The only way to reset is by removing the battery. Then same again happens when I try to type something!

your manual will tell you how do do a master clear and master reset. have you done anything to mod the phone and is it locked to a provider?

No I havnt modded in any way, its locked to orange

is it still under warranty?? You could take it back to a cingular store and get a replacement
