Can I delete the outside wallpaper on v3c

I have a picture on the inside display I use as my wallpaper on my V3C. It shows on the inside display as well as the outside display. The clock is real hard to see on the outside display. Is there a way to remove the background picture (same pic as the inside display wallpaper) from the outside display only?

i know there are ways to accomplish that but it ain't easy... been messing with it for a couple of weeks w/o any success. most here will tell you to do a search :}
