a plea to fellow wireless employees!! please read!

hi all--this is a huuge favor i'm asking you guys, but it wont take you more than 5 minutes and itd make my day!
i am looking for a GSM startac, and i have come to the conclusion that nobody thinks to ebay them-they just recycle them at the cellphone stores instead.... i'm willing to PAY you for it if you find one, as long as it has gsm1900 (the ones that do are listed in my sig) and pay more if its unlocked!

so dig around in yer phone recycle bin-its like a goldmine!!

Since 1998 when I first became associated with Cingular (Southwestern Bell Wireless) I have never seen a GSM Startac! I've only seen TDMA or CDMA phones.

What is the going price for one in good condition?

I have seen a couple Startac 130's on ebay as of right now, they are going for about $40-50.... go get em...

Startac 130 is GSM 900...
