I just got the Cingular 2125 and I enjoy it very much. I had 2 questions though:

1. The leather case that came with it. IT looks like it keeps the joystick depressed if you use it. Does this mean that I should not use it or will my phone be ok?

2. Ever since I got the phone I noticed that the battery gauge does not fill up all the way in teh properties. There's like a sliver empty, like it goes up to 99%. Should I go and request a new battery from Cingular? I got the phone less than a month ago.
