SMS error, help!

i am using s40 with sw 2.9.0, i live in indonesia and bought this phone in germany, so i cant update the software since it isnt available in my country yet. i found an error on the sms messaging. once my sim card is full, then i deleted some messages, and then the inbox, outbox and sent menu item in the messages menu were gone. this means that i cant received sms messages anymore without a PC. could anyone gimme some advice on this?

Well, unfortunetly, you really need to have your S40 fixed by the factory or dealer and update to firmware 3.2. The phone's memory is screwed and there is nothing you can do yourself (same as my phone).
