I just bought my FIRST Cell Phone from BestBuy for $20! The service provider is Virgin Mobile. I was looking on the Kyocera website and it seems I can buy a data cable for my phone to hook it up to the computer.(unfourtunatly not Mac Compatible).

1.Were in H3ll does the cable connect on the phone??

2. Is there any 3rd party FREE software that I can use to comunicate with the phone from the computer?

3. $2.50 for a music download is outragous! Can I put my own ringtones on the phone using the data cable?

It connects to the same socket that the headset plugs into. It's a specialty connector that can accomodate both styles of plugs.

Probably, but you don't need anything 3rd party. The OEM data cable from Kyocera ships with all the necessary drivers and utilities to communicate with the phone.

No clue, sorry. On some phones you can, on some you can't. Depends on the firmware and what the customer (in this case Virgin Mobile) requested.
