Landscape view for spreedsheet not possible in P800?

I had written to SE to add a landscape view for spreadsheetin future updates since most spreadsheets are made that way and using just the stylus is a bit inconvient. This is what they replied.

Why isn't this possible when games such as MIB and EDoom are played n landscape view?
