Personalize Menu not working! Please help!

I edited my menu with p2k to access the WebSession menu and now I cannot acccess the personalize screen! It just says please wait, I hope there is a way to fix it, I just bought a tmobie razrv3 and i want that menu back, is there a way to fix it or reflash it?

try a master reset/master clear./
warning, a master clear will erase personal data so back it up first
