Web images are black and white or unable to show up?

Hi all,
Just got an unlocked V3X and Im with Cingular. I just got a new 64K sim card also.
Problem is when I go online e.g. Media Net, all the images either cannot load or are in black and white. Some have the red circle with the red cross in it while others are tiny black and white pics. The ones that should be animated or looped are also b/w.

I have called Cingular and verified all the settings are correct. Then I called Moto but they have no idea whats going on.

Imaged in the browser settings are set to "on" and all seems correct. Something Im missing or is this a firmware problem?

R252211LD-AS_U_85.98.90R
