if you have the BES setup with blackberry and exchange 2003
are you able to pull up the global address list and public folders?

there's a lookup feature, so you can search your GAL, but it doesn't actually pull up (display a list of) everyone in the GAL.
Public folders - No, they cannot be pulled up.
