V3C factory defaults and firmware question

I searched around and couldn't find the answer. I'm selling my verizon v3c (just purchased v3m) and need to set the v3c to the factory defaults. Does anyone know how to do this?

Also, where can I download verizon firmware upgrades and downgrades from? Thanks in advance!

that did not delete my phone number and ringer outta the phone. What else do i have to do?

re-activate the phone (to a different account) will get rid of your phone number...

delete the ringer via the phone's menus to get rid of that...
