i finally figure out how to get the driver up, but when i 'Drop n Drag' a song onto the Music Folder, it says " Write-Protected' how can i get rid of that ???

That's strange. Where did you get your memory card? It should have come unformatted and not write-protected. I would suggest trying the Format Card option on your phone (Settings/Memory Card/Format Card) and see if that does it.

Are you using the transflash card adapter and putting it into your computer's memory card reader? If so, there should be a tiny switch on the memory card adapter that says "lock". Don't have it on lock, or else you can't add anything to the card. I had the same experience until I figured it out.
