Unusual problem with Razr v3c

The razr v3c I have comes with verizon .02 firmware fresh out the box when I bought it on 4/1/06 at Best Buy. The problem is that the multimedia studio on MPT software is still disabled even though the .02 version allows to let you access the feature. I don't know if Bluetooth OBEX is enabled since I dont have bluetooth on my computer. To verify the version, I went to device info menu, S/W Version, and the screen says GATW_01.0F.02. Anyone have suggestions to this problem? I would appreciate the help.

Search the Verizon/Motorola forum for details but you will have to make MPT think it is MM ready by manually selecting V3CM from the device menu.

Yes I finally got it! The multimedia option is now enabled. Thank You for your support.
