N80 probs syncing with pcsuite

I have nokia pc suite 6.80.22 running on windows xp pro. i have an N80 with v 3.0614.0.3 firware. i have a bluetooth dongle using bluesoleil software 2.1.3. i have no problem at all using pc suite. it connects and i can use all the functions, however when i try to use the Nokia PC Sync i get an "System error" on the phone and the warning on pc sync says "PC Sync has encountered a problem and has terminated the synchronisation."

Please help, it's driving me nuts!! I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything, but so far I've had no luck.

i've since tried a sync with a usb cable, but still get the exactly the same error

If the dongles device address 11:11:11:11:11:11 it is not licensed and won't work with the newest bluesoleil driver that supports Nokia PC Suite.

I hope that isn't the case...
