WTB i-mate jam with 850mhz band

Looking for an 850mhz i-mate jam or jam variant.
It must operate on the 850mhz band (model PM10C) and have the 128mb ram upgrade.
I have an 900mhz band 128mb jam to trade, but I'd be more than willing to buy the your jam for paypal cash.
