Razr will not turn on help.

I have a brand new razr. When I press the power button the keypad lights up for a second and then nothing happens. I have only used it for 2 days. I don't know why this is happening because it is fully charged. please help.

try cleaning pcb and flexassy conectors.*# power on enters in flashmode.. reflash
