I'm not familiar w/ either device, but w/ many GSM phones, you have the ability to export to SIM and import from SIM...
That's how I setup contacts on my wife's nokia 3120 to keep me from having to type them all in...I keyed them into Outlook, synced them to my Audiovox SMT5600, used the SIM took on the Audiovox to pump them onto the SIM card, moved the SIM to the Nokia and pulled them onto that phone using an import feature.
If the two devices you mentioned can interact w/ the SIM in that fashion, it would work for you, at least for the info that a SIM contact can hold (phone, name, etc.). You could export to the SIM on your V710 and then just reimport from that SIM over on your PPC.
Maybe there is an easier way, but that's one method at least.
