question about MyComp and RPP -RELIEF DIFFERENTIAL-PERCENT

In our market they pretty much got rid of the ASM position and for the RSC's that do above and beyond there required duties i.e. store paperwork, returns, ext.... the manager can code your mytime with a RPP -RELIEF DIFFERENTIAL-PERCENT. Does anyone know what the percent is?
