I have a job offer from t-mobile and cingular, money is about the same
what do you guys think.

go with t-mobile. You'll probably have less quotas than cingular does. We have a frickin quota for everything.

i guess the grass is greener on the otherside... but i would suggest T-Mo.. whenever they build the office here, im def jumping ship. swear!

ok guys wait. Im in the same boat!!!!! Got offered a full-time spot in cingular. waiting for T-Mo to make a decision, interview went well and i had a few people refer me that are real good friends with the manager. i work for indirect now, and would be switching to direct. All my customers would come with me and would still be able to find me. Ive. signed up a a bunch of friends and i have a good amount of customers that will only talk to me and buy phones off me. T-mo is part-time and cingular would be full time. Let me kno what you guys think. ive been trying to get different opinions on the situation

Definately take the T-Mobile job. MUCH MUCH better company to work for. They treat the workers so much nicer than Cingular.

Matter of fact, a few friends of mine work there and make a lot more money than I do.
