2.5mm jack splitter to 3.5mm input and output

Hey, has anyone seen a cable/splitter that I can plug into my 2.5mm jack and have a 3.5mm output (for speakers), and a 3.5mm input (for a microphone) that would work with a 2.5mm device such as the Cingular 2125?

check walmart in the electronics, they have a headset that comes with the adaptor, search eBay for 2.5mm to 3.5mm adaptor also.

I'm not looking for a 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter, I have plenty of those. I'm looking for a splitter that will take a 3 conductor 2.5mm jack and seperate the input from the output, and give me both of them in 3.5mm form.
