V3x problem

Hi everyone,
I just have a problem with my V3x : I can not use the function Recent calls (In both of received calls and dialed calls) and when I press button Voice call, my cellphone don't work. Why ? Any one can help me please ?

xin chao ban la nguoi Viet Nam? Neu ban la nguoi Viet nam thi ban se hieu minh noi gi`...... ban vao setting vaf cai dat ban dau lai cho may thu xem

Xin chao dap,
Minh da thu Master Reset roi nhung khong co tac dung. Trong menu Connecting - USB co chon lua : Data connecting hoac Memory Card, minh chon Memory card va thoat ra nhung cung khong the truy nhap the nho miniSD duoc. Khong hieu vi sao nua. Khong biet co can cai phan mem gi len dien thoai hay khong !

Minh nghi la co day. Thuong thi cac dong may P2K thi phai co driver cho
P2K. Khi ban cam USB tu V3x vao computer ban co thay may tinh cua ban
