I just got my unlocking/flashing cable and I tried it today but failed. I don't know if the problem comes from the cable or not. FOllow is what I did:

1. purchased some logs from internet
2. Load Ericsson client (either ver6.52 or ver 7.12)
3. Go to Settings tab, input the name and password, select either COM1 or COM2
4. go to Advanced tab, select AVR Flash Chip, start 0000-0000, length 0080-0000
5. Connect T68i (either with or without SIM) with the cable to PC 6. Click Read SW, it says: Power On the Phone...
7. turn on the power of the phone, nothing happen

No matter what I tried, it is always not respond on the ericsson client software and the phone.

What could be wrong?

Alex

it might be your OS, it is optimal to work in windows 98 i heard, but i also heard it will work in 2000, so that may or may not be the problem. the other one is that when it asks you to power on the phone, don't keep no held waiting for it to power on, instead just tap it quickly without holding it. let me know if it works.

I am using win98, and I also tried just tap on the power on button....nothing works.
what else could be the problem?

hmm i'm not the most experienced when i comes to things like that, what i told you before was advice someone else on the forum gave before. you may have a faulty cable is the only other thing i can think of. try moving it around in the phone and flash it without a SIM card, also make sure the battery is FULLY charged. if all else fails, contact robb or adam and ask for advice, or the person from who you are buying the logs. good luck.
