Can someone please give me a step to step on how to update the firmware on my new M600i?

I remember doing so on the P900 but i forgot. Just got the phone and i dont want to start it before i update the firmware. Can someone please let me know how to do it using bluetooth or if not , the cable?

Really simple:

1. Go to the Sony Ericsson support site for your country.

2. Select any other modern phone (the W800 for example).

3. At the bottom, there should be a picture for "Update your phone" or something like that. It's the update software. Download and install it.

4. Run the software. It automatically detects your phone and will download the correct firmware and update your phone.

What about on a Mac? I've looked around, and I guess I'm outta luck unless I run VirtualPC... and I don't have a copy of a WinOS laying around!
