Does the DPOD from HK expansys came Unlocked?

And whats in the box?

Batery
and so on ??

DOes it have full english localization?

ok now its easier to understand it

the unit comes with chinese and english fonts and menu system which is very cool i have the phone more then a week and i am in love with it

the kit includes

ac adaptor
battery
headset
unit it self
usb cable with special new plug not mini usb !!
leather case
books + cd

i love it

only 1 problem unit comes cid locked

means we cant install any other rom beside dopod from the country you bought it and this is bad for now and i have tried many ways to cid unlock it but for no luck.

beside that sim is free so you can use any sim card.

AC adaptor is for 220V ? Or 110V ?
