Is there anyway to have the pictures you take, full screen as your background?

I was taking some pics today and i was wanting to set one as my background, only to find that there are bars across the top and bottom of the screen. I was wanting to know if you could make the pictures that you take take up the whole screen like the preloaded wallpapers do? thanks for the help.

You would have to edit the size of the picture.
Background for the KX5 are 176 pixels wide by 180 pixels tall.

are u sure thats the right size cuse i edited a picture using paint and once i set it to 176 pixels wide by 180 pixels tall all that showed up was gray...

Sometimes if the image quality is too high the background won't display. I have to make the color depth lower.
