To my knowledge it's for those who have done it for features originally added less than 6 months ago....also they will be looking for those who deleted features originally added by ACARE or ECARE and put them back on |

I would have to call CS almost every time I left the store because the idiots removed it and put the current, less beneficial plan on. It happened again just a few days ago, and now CS isn't even having any luck adding the old code anymore. It's even gone up to management, and they aren't having any success either, it always tells them they're unauthorized to add it. I have a feeling this is going to take a massive amount of work to add back this time. A big thanks to the moron in the store who did this, you can be assured that I will never set foot in your store again. Not that he'd care really, he's too busy screwing other customers anyway.

Even if it hadn't been him, and another random employee somewhere, the bottom line is it should not have happened. There is no excuse for that. I'm just glad to see the Cingular doing something about this, as no employee should be doing things like that.

Either way, you should bring this up to the store manager so he/she could investigate it and remove the person in the event they are doing that. Letting it slide and calling care to fix it each time is not only counterproductive, but unfair to you and other customers, and to a person that would be willing to do that job honestly.

So of course we do it back because they were our features to begin with. |

Sometimes a wake up can be discovering that they aren't the only ones that know about this whole in the Cingular army. |
