New Firmware for L7??

I have an unbranded L7 I am using on T-Mobile US. The software is:
Flash Version: R4513_G_08.B7.DAR_RB
Flex Version: SE4639AB1F110C -
2.0.1.V8.1.SI.P0.0.1.P1.4.10.P1.0.SJ.SI.3.P1.P1.SJ
The main problem I have with this phone is that it sometimes gets into a state where it will not make a call. After dialling, it displays "Calling..." but the call is never connected. The only way I have found to correct this state is to power down/up.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Can anyone recommend a new flash to fix this problem?
