hey all, my friend bought a GD55 in HK and brought it over to canada to use. Well, she dropped it yesterday and there are sveral scratches..also the screen is damaged and i think the ear piece is also wrecked because i can hardly hear the other person when i was using the phone...i was just wondering if the warranty will cover this and fix it?...thanx

physical damages aren't covered by most warranties
