Dead E398, please help!

Hy!

I've just want to take my backup into my phone but something went wrong and e398 was died. If I press * # and pwr_on, to take the phone into bootloader it don't do anything. In force bootloader(short 4-5 pin) there is nothing too. No bootloader, no keyboard lights or anything. But in this section all software (flashbackup, MFF, MRS) shows that phone connected. If I try to flash and restore the backup but flashbackup shows this message while send loader:
flashbackup v0.5 - "You must restart your phone because loader needs to be updated."
flashbackup v2.62 - "Sending loader failed. Before continue check your PDS backup valid."
I really like this phone so please help me how to restore my backup or how can I reanimate the phone.

sounds like you are doing the right thing. just restoring the backup via flash backup should do it. What version of bootloader are you running? I'm using v2.62 of FB and I just click ok and it will start the restore. Put the phone to your ear and when you try to power on the phone, can you hear it clicking like its trying to boot?

I can't hear anything when I try to power on the phone. I don't know exactly but i think my phone has 07.D0 bootloader as usual. All of the softwares are sign "phone connected" when I take phone to bootloader and power on, but the phone doesn't show anything and when programmes try to send loader (i don't know what is that) they can't do that.
Is it possible that the bootloader had deleted and that's why I can't restore backup? How can I restore bootloader?

as far as I know it is not unusual that e398 phones don't show loader version when sent into loader mode. What sounds odd is that one error message you quote says something about the PDS being messed up. Which version had the software before the backup and which did you try to back it up to?
I think there might be a problem of downgrading from a r373 to r372 version.
As for the bootloader check motomodders and e398mod sites for the loader itself.

I use the original R372 software. And the backup was R373_bodygourdMP(i make this backup a few months ago from my phone), that I wanted to restore. Because i think it would faster to try a monsterpack than flex and falsh the i398MP. Flashbackup erase phone mem and when it would restore the backup it did too fast and after shutdown phone it was died. I download a 07.D0 bootloader from e398mod and i try to restore it.

I try to restore the 07.D0 bootloader (from e398mod) but it's nothing. Flashbackup cant't do it. I get the same error. I'm afraid my phone fully dead.

So if I put the battery into the phone and I connect the datacable, and I don't press any key (no *#pwr, really nothing), and flashbackup show that "phone connected"!!! Why? Has anybody an answer for this.

So what am I gonna go? Drop my phone to dust-bin?
PLZ help me!

the PDS error is what gets me thinking. Try searching for PDS repair or PDS recover here in the forum. I think there is a method involving repair studio for reviving phones with pds problems, but I'm not sure if it gets you where you need to go. Try to read up on it.

What about MFF? Could he flex and flash the phone with shoey's stuff and then use FB to flash a different MP?

I try but, it doesn't work. I can't flash or flex anything. MFF shows S BLANK NEPTUNE LTE. I read latest forums but i didn't find any useless thing. I try all the possible ways but no one work. I think i will buy a new phone soon.

Is anybody try the testpoint method to recover fully dead e398, when force-boot doesnt work? Was it success?

Fellows i have the following problem:

I have a E398B and when i was trying to convert to ROKR E1 died, that what i have done till now.
First downgrade the bootloader to 07.D0 the flash it with R373_G_0E.30.42R_PDS004_LP0039_DRM0101_JPJAVA_G_0E _E790_00_00_21I_SE7009AXXF106D_1FF.shx, but after that my phone died!!!.
I know its still some hope cause its recognized by all program and i can enter the boot mode and still said Bootloader 07.D0 and flash version 20.9r.

What can i do to taking alive this phone!!1
