I know this is probably and old discussion on an old phone but I've recently purchased a V3 black (within the last 2 months) and what I have noticed is that it is sooo slow! I know I've got to expect that with cameras ect... on it but getting around the menu is slow, writing text messages is so slow. I'm not a fast writer but I have to slow down so the thing can catch up with me. Does anyone else have the same problem?

yeah, its same for all the moto's, try flashing your phone with the latest firmwire, then delete locked ringtones/pictures to freeup phone memory. that should help

yes i am a very fast texter and i am times faster than my phone....

but does anyone know why my phone may be freezing when i try to text message, same phone book entries, save the name of ringtones, everything to do with entering text, i have to take out the battery, please help i really need it

Maybe it's because you are trying to do things too quickly and the phone can't keep up. If it's not take it back to the shop get a refund or ask them for a new one
